Just got my books in the mail! They came out very pretty and look great. (Not on this awful webcam photo though)
I already had a quite few of you emailing me about buying a copy, so drop me a line via email, soon enough I won’t have any left especially after Wondercon.
40 pages, full color, 10$ through paypal or IRL if you’re in Bay Area (that’s the minimum price, I’m trying to make it as affordable as possible, but tips are more than welcome.)
And there's a million more of them on my desk. Phew.
I’ve been busy making fonts for the last few days. Mainly because I could never find a good one for my comics. Everything is either too superheroish or too formal. So I decided to make something myself, something loose with ink/quill/brush as a medium, yet more appropriate for indie graphic novels.
Here are four of them in hot dead fish action. All hand-made after a few days of practicing and a gallon of ink. Phew.
If you’d like to buy one (or several), drop me a line. I won’t charge much.
For my upcoming 40 page self-published collection of short comics.
Spread for a new Russian magazine. Very conceptual and obviously inspired by jason/lynch/ware.

On the medium for my next story. Pencils or ink. Pencils seem more elitist.

Haven’t drawn girls with glasses for a while. Time to fix it! — Roman Muradov said
DEAD FISH, my new story, read it here. 11 pages of weird.
A world gone vegan, a landlord, morphine, Eva Braun, all somehow related.
Think twice before going vegan.

Pencils, photoshop. Brœk£n vsrsnsnnfd3ry≈≈

Oil on canvas, original version.

Finally, “Antlers” is up on Dark Horse Presents! Or here.
Coffee, capitalism, clockwork strawberries, way too many Kurt Vonnegut references, all in 8 pages via their terrible flash page. Should be in print somewhere around Spring.Hope you like it!

Still not sure if I should do my story in pencils or ink. Can’t decide!

Her shirt says “FUCK COMIC ARTISTS LET THEM DRINK INK”.
So, the satan comics is postponed, instead there will be a story about a cute veterinarian and a racist cat.
Drawn chix are diggin' it.
Roman's Friday night: drawing serial killers. Meanwhile, Antlers are finally done, just a few more fixes/edits and off it goes. And off I go to comicon.
My last show at 'back to the picture' in San Francisco.
Painted walls of my new room.
So it goes.
